Official Rules – Haffenden Homes Team Monthly Giveaway
How It Works:
One (1) winner selected each month.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
One (1) entry per person per month.
Optional bonus entries available (see below).
Open to eligible participants (see below).
Sponsor:
This giveaway is sponsored by Haffenden Homes Team, independently operated and powered by Fathom Realty (“Sponsor”).
Promotion Period:
Begins January 25, 2026 and ends December 31, 2026.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion earlier at its discretion.
Monthly Entry Periods:
January 2026: January 25 – January 31
February – November 2026: Entire calendar month (e.g., Feb 1–28)
December 2026: December 1 – December 31 (includes eligibility for the year-end grand prize)
One entry per person per month. Entries do not carry over to the next month.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open only to legal residents of Allen County, Indiana and the immediate surrounding Indiana counties (Allen, Whitley, DeKalb, Noble, Huntington, Wells, and Adams) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who follow or subscribe to Haffenden Homes Team on at least one social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube) at the time of entry and winner selection.
Entries from individuals outside the eligible geographic area or who do not meet the social media follow/ subscribe requirement will not be considered.
Qualified referral: An individual who independently contacted the Sponsor as a result of your referral, regardless of whether a real estate transaction occurred.
Ineligible Participants:
Licensed real estate agents, brokers, appraisers, mortgage professionals, title company employees, or home inspectors;
Sponsor employees, independent contractors, or household members;
Anyone prohibited by law.
Void where prohibited.
How to Enter:
Complete the official giveaway entry form.
Limit: 1 entry per household per monthly entry period.
No purchase necessary.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
Contact Sponsor to request a free alternative entry if online access is unavailable.
Optional Bonus Entries:
Individuals who have an existing relationship with Sponsor (including past clients or individuals who previously introduced Sponsor to someone in their network) may receive one (1) additional promotional entry per month as part of Sponsor’s general customer appreciation marketing program. This is not compensation for real estate referrals, is not contingent upon a transaction, and is available regardless of whether any real estate services are performed.
Past clients or qualified referrals must claim in entry form
Any eligible participant may request 1 bonus entry via AMOE.
Providing a referral does not increase odds of winning beyond the single bonus promotional entry available through multiple non-transactional methods.

Prizes:
One prize awarded for each month. Winner announced the following month.
The sponsor will announce the prize for the current month during that month. Prizes may vary and are subject to change with an estimated value between $25 and $250; sponsor reserves right to change.
Prizes are non-transferable; cash substitution only at Sponsor discretion.
Winner responsible for all taxes.
December Grand Prize:
Year-end grand prize with higher value.
All December entries plus previous months’ entries included.
Prior monthly winners may still win.
Winner announced first week of January 2027.
Winner responsible for all taxes.
Winner Selection & Notification:
Winners selected at random from all eligible entries.
Notified via email and/or text.
Must respond within 48 hours or alternate winner selected.
Verification may be required.
Limitations:
One entry per household per month.
Cannot win consecutive months.
Maximum: 2 monthly prizes per person, with total ARV ≤ $600 (excluding December grand prize).
Odds of Winning:
Depends on total eligible entries per month.
Publicity & Marketing:
By entering, participants consent to winner announcements and future communications from Haffenden Homes Team.
